Governance of Deluxe International School
The school has a robust corporate governance system. The school Board of governors is largely parent-appointed - on a 4-year term, subject to performance and evaluation by parents themselves yearly. The board constitutes of 8 members. Two of the members are parents and the remainder are people of good standing in the community, existing or former parents and /or people possessing special skills as may be required by the board, or may be people who may have given outstanding service to the school. The board is generally organized into smaller committees to oversee different aspects of the school's needs. Our model of the governance ensures efficiency and serves the best interest of key stakeholders - the children.
